Wendy has set up MW Project Ltd in 2020 with focus on tax compliance, international taxation and
project management. Wendy reckons more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector
of Mauritius and in particular, within the global business industry. She has advised during her career
in the financial services sector of Mauritius over 600 clients in their structuring of diverse activities
and investing locally and internationally.

Prior to founding MW Project Ltd, she held the position of Head of Business Development of MITCO
Group from 2012 to 2020 whereby she spearheaded the expansion of new business and market in
the fields of international structuring, tax and estate planning.

She has founded and developed the activities of MITCO Corporate Services Ltd with focus on
investments in Mauritius by international investors. She has advised more than 150 investors in their
real estate acquisition in Mauritius, as well as guide several families in their expatriation projects in
Mauritius.

She had spent six years in Australia where she fulfilled senior positions in sales and marketing roles
in the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries.

Wendy has in 2019 completed her Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the UK
Chartered Institute of Taxation. She holds a BSc degree in Management Science from the University
of Kent at Canterbury and an MBA from the University of Hull, UK.

Currently, other than her role in MW Project Ltd, Wendy is an independent Consultant in a number
of companies.

She actually holds independent directorships in more than 100 client entities.
